The Mein Kompass association was founded in 2020 and is committed to strengthening people's self-healing powers and promoting self-help.
At the heart of MEIN KOMPASS is a connection with people who are looking for guidance, encouragement, and new paths. MEIN KOMPASS sees itself as a companion for people in stressful life situations, opening up new perspectives for health, well-being, and joie de vivre. The focus is always on activating resources and supporting steps toward a self-determined life.
All services are geared toward people's needs and potential - for greater personal responsibility and sustainable access to health and well-being.
Our vision
MEIN KOMPASS stands for a world in which people – in Uganda and here – find knowledge, support, and simple ways to strengthen their health through their own efforts.
MEIN KOMPASS builds bridges between innovative methods, proven experience, and practical implementation.
Uganda: Help with malariaIn Uganda, MEIN KOMPASS is involved in a malaria program that helps local people to better cope with this serious disease and improve their health literacy. The focus is on practical assistance, education, and the promotion of local structures so that long-term self-help can develop. | Frequency and trauma therapy, heart rate variabilityBased on decades of experience with heart rate variability and frequency methods, the association offers customized services that help people reduce stress, find inner balance, and strengthen their health holistically. These include guidance, inspiration, and concrete applications for everyday life so that people can better understand and use their own self-healing powers. |
