Frequency and trauma therapy

Frequency and trauma therapy combine modern biophysical approaches with a deep understanding of the interactions between body, mind, and soul. Heart rate variability (HRV) serves as an important link here because it shows how flexibly and effectively the autonomic nervous system responds to internal and external stimuli.

Frequency and trauma therapy assumes that cells and the nervous system communicate with each other not only chemically, but also via electrical and electromagnetic impulses and subtle vibration patterns that influence central control loops such as stress response, hormone control, and immune response. Chronic stress, unprocessed trauma, and emotional overload can disrupt these patterns, often resulting in reduced HRV, increased tension, and a loss of natural self-regulation.

Targeted frequency applications, body awareness, and trauma-sensitive interventions aim to harmonize bioelectrical balance, calm the nervous system, and thus bring HRV back into a more flexible, healthier range. Healing is understood as a process in which people reconnect with their hearts, feelings, and inner alignment, thus experiencing a field of resonance in which consciousness and life energy are brought back into harmony.
